"Can't find my initial review I submitted too soon this experience has turned HORRIBLE my agent is "no longer with the company" I FIND OUT AFTER ABOUT 2 MONTHS OF TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONETO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON and there were some issues with the underwriters from what I was told... Long story short I'm being penalized for their error and my monthly payments for auto went waaayy up to where I can't even afford it. Not what I expected or signed up for and this is a horrible first impression is the first time customer I am very disappointed back to my old insurance I go as of tomorrow!"

"I recently purchased two jet skis and had them insured through Nicole Cockerham's State Farm Agency. On the first weekend out, one of the ski's was severely damaged. All it took to get it repaired and back up and running with minimum down top was a call to my agent. I just made the initial phone call and they did all the work. I hate that I'm only allowed to give 5 stars!!! Thank you to Nicole and her staff!!!"
